  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Coverage: We ship across India using trusted courier services.

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

We want you to be satisfied with your Cassoware purchase. If you're not, we offer easy returns.

  • Return Window: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligible Reasons:

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Incorrect item received

  • Required for Return:

    • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

    • Unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.

  • Not Eligible:

    • Used products

    • Products without original packaging

  • Resolution Options:

    • Free replacement

    • Full refund (processed to the original payment method)
